John A. Costanza, G.M.
With over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, John holds a BS in Construction Management. As General Manager, he focuses on customer consulting, design, and sales. He is married with three children.
Christopher J. Costanza, O.M.
Chris, our Operations Manager, has many years of experience in construction. He started his career working summers on construction jobs before earning a BA in Business. Chris is married, has a daughter, and enjoys sports, golf, and fitness.
David M. Costanza, Project Manager
Dave oversees home builds with experience in multifamily and custom homes. He holds a BS in Business Administration and is passionate about sports, performance cars, golf, and fitness.
Haley A. Costanza, Design Services
Haley has more than ten years’ experience in design and project management and handles our home design services. Haley earned her bachelor’s degree from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia. She loves fashion and fashion design, art, music and animals (especially dogs).
