Yes, we are a Design-Build Services company; We design homes from scratch or from styles and ideas you provide to us to meet your lifestyle and needs.
What can we expect to discuss when we contact you?
Contact us for a NO OBLIGATION consultation to discuss your interest and needs; We generally discuss home size, style, features, lot size and improvements, budget, time frame, and other matters important to you.
How are your homes built?
Our custom homes are Factory-Built to our precise specs, and they're built with high-end quality to meet building code and factory standards; And we blend in Built-In-Place work to complete your lot and home.
How do you manage our Build and keep us informed?
We use online apps for customer visualization of finish selections, colors and furnishings and online tools for managing costs, ordering, and schedule; And we provide a 3D virtual tour of your new home BEFORE you build!
What happens during pre-construction?
You'll choose your options and personalize your custom new-home; once finalized, we'll release your Factory-Built home and other components for ordering and production, and then reserve your production slot.
When does construction begin?
While factory production is underway, lot preparation and foundation work will begin; Upon delivery of factory components, your home will be Set-In-Place followed by completion of the exterior finishes, interior work, mechanical systems, lot improvements, lot-scaping and all the finishing touches.
